We are so excited about being a part of the NewTek family as we are about it install the TriCaster TC1 in our new broadcasting studio, later this year. We thank the many people who have worked really hard to make this a reality. This is a tremendous move for Gahr High School, in becoming a truly professional learning environment for our students in the area of Television, Film and Broadcasting.
Work began on our new studio toward the end of Summer 2018. We have come a long way and have work to do. We are up and running though. Our new space consists of a large studio space, a control room and a spacious class/editing room with 36 editing bays.
Here is where we are today, May 2020
Where we are as of February 2020
We have a few minor fixes to go. Everyone is excited to begin broadcasting.
We had the great pleasure of having Joe Maxwell (Director of Photography) visit us twice and demonstrating what he does for a living. You can view videos from those days here: The Art of the Pour (blog) & The Pour II (YouTube).
